On October 31, beginning at 3:30pm PST, the LeanPath Online reporting platform experienced a service interruption lasting roughly 10 hours. During this time, the platform was inaccessible by users, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused to our customers.
The cause of the service interruption has been identified and resolved. Our engineers have added safeguards to ensure this type of interruption does not occur again. All user data is secure, and waste transactions that were recorded on LeanPath tracking systems during the interruption have now synced with LeanPath Online.
At LeanPath, we strive for 100% uptime and take service interruptions of this magnitude very seriously. We have taken all possible measures to remedy the problem that occurred and prevent it from happening again in the future.
